Some are using March 2018 as the 10 year anniversary of the housing crash from the subprime meltdown. For the past few years the home buyers in Myrtle Beach SC have been spoiled with historically low interest rates. 3.5% for a 30 year fixed rate mortgage is historically a low marker in time.
