FULL 40 YR TITLE SEARCH - $215 Residential / $375 Commercial (which includes all exceptions, restrictions, easements, judgment search including federal and state tax liens, mechanic liens, condo liens, UCC-1 financing statements, suits pending, lis pendens, and any other liens)

ASSET SEARCHES - $35 per name


ATTORNEY FEE - $400 - $600

TITLE INSURANCE - fee based on purchase price / mortgage amount

RESEARCH / PARALEGAL - $25 per hour (for mortgages, plats, deeds. taxes due, checks, etc.)

All Title Searches, Current Owner Searches, and Asset Searches performed by local insured Title firm.
